TEAL2.O First Collaboration and Joint Development Workshop

The TEAL2.O First Collaboration and Joint Development Workshop was held in Kandy, Sri Lanka in the period 4^th– 6^th March 2020. It was hosted by University of Peradeniya – the project coordinating institution. It aimed at familiarizing the project partners with the project activities and expected results, as well as the rules for implementation of the project. Importantly, 2 days of the meeting were focused on a  workshop for kick starting the development activities for the TEAL2.O platform. The events saw the active participation of 28 project team members in person and 6 team members online.

A set of draft specifications for the platform were discussed and accepted as a starting point for the development process. These preliminary specifications and the associated task allocation were agreed upon. A stakeholder survey was initiated and plans were made for organizing stakeholder roundtables in India, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
